I love the carved line, the smell of the ink, the press of the paper against the plate and then the surprise of the texture and color released onto the paper or cloth. In 2018 my piece “Mariachi Story” was accepted into the permanent collection at the National Hispanic Cultural Museum and I had a one person show in Guanajuato, Mexico where I also hosted a printmaking class. Check out my class page and join me at my studio here in Albuquerque!
